About Us
Pi Sigma Epsilon, Eta Iota chapter at the University of Michigan is a co-ed Professional Business Fraternity structured on four primary pillars: Excellence, Equity, Community, and Passion. Yet beyond this, we are a diverse body of undergraduates constantly working to better ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
PSE is composed of 100+ members coming from a variety of different hometowns, majors, and career paths unified under the shared interests of professional growth and brotherhood. At PSE, we strive to increase each indvidual’s professional development skills and aim to cultivate a strong community of motivated and accepting individuals.
What we do
Professional Development
New members will attend weekly workshops during their first semester where they will develop strong business acumen skills and gain experience working on their LinkedIn, resume, and basic Excel knowledge.
Recruiting Workshops
PSE offers a recruiting 101 series for 3 different industries: finance, consulting, and marketing. Members will be paired with an upperclassmen mentor with experience in the field and have all the support needed to prepare for recruitment.
Auxilliary Board
Members have the opportunity to gain leadership experience the semester after they join. From being an alumni chair to a mental health chair, there are many ways to get involved in what you are passionate about at PSE.
